In 2024, eight teams of UAA students interviewed 1,300 caregivers throughout Alaska. This collaboration is now extending to include the Alaska Dementia Action Collaborative, in the hopes of improving support for Alaskan caregivers.

LINKS has served the Mat-Su Borough for almost 30 years. They have four programs serving various populations in the borough and statewide, including the Aging and Disability Resource Center.
Alaska End-of-Life Alliance is collaborating with the LINKS Resource Center to expand access and information services about end-of-life care for residents of the Mat-Su Valley.

The Northern Valley Health Coalition was created by community members and Sunshine Community Health Center to act as a unified voice for the rural needs of the northern valley communities.
Alaska End-of-Life Alliance is working with the Northern Valley Healthcare Coalition, Susitna Senior Center, and Sunshine Clinic to address a variety of needs including end-of-life care.
